Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Mayorana website (mayorana.ch), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). They govern your use of the website and of the software downloaded from it. Mayorana is a Swiss software company.

Our Products

Mayorana builds and distributes:

• api0, an MCP gateway provided at api0.ai. Your use of api0 is governed by the api0 Terms of Service, not by these Terms.
• Desktop tools for Azure Integration Services, Git and other tasks, downloadable from this website. Their use is governed by the licences described under "Software Licences" below.

Use of the Website

You may view and download the materials on this website (articles, pages and images) for personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under it you may not:

• Republish the website's articles or pages as your own, in whole or in substantial part
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This licence does not cover the downloadable software, which is licensed separately (see below). It terminates automatically if you violate these restrictions and may be terminated by Mayorana at any time.

Software Licences

The desktop tools are source-available under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. That licence, not these Terms, sets out what you may do with the software and its source code. In short, it permits personal, educational, research and hobby use, and use by charities, schools, universities and government institutions.

Use for commercial purposes, including work for a company or for clients, requires a commercial licence from Mayorana. Some tools offer a paid edition bought on the tool's page: payment is handled by Stripe, and the licence key is shown after purchase and sent by email.

The source code of the desktop tools is published on GitHub. The Mayorana name, the tool names and their logos are trademarks and are not licensed under the PolyForm licence.

User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not interfere with the operation of our website or services

Further, Mayorana does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Mayorana or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Mayorana's website, even if Mayorana or a Mayorana authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
